1. Introduction

Welcome to AcchubLine, your partner in accounting solutions for freelancers on AcchubLine.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, digital offerings, and goods.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

3. Offerings

We provide three categories of offerings:

• Services: Customized accounting support and consultation for individual practitioners.
• Info Products: Digital learning materials and guides.
• Goods: Physical items such as ledgers, stationery, and branded merchandise.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment details will be provided at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund or credit for services within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may transfer your service appointment to a future date at no additional cost.

5.2 Info Products

Requests to cancel purchases of info products must be made within 7 days of order and before any downloads or access. Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, no refunds will be issued after access is granted.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain custom services, including bespoke project work, are non-refundable. These require dedicated scheduling and resource allocation. While refunds are not available, we may offer a transferable service credit if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will AcchubLine or its affiliates be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
